Summary: Link to a report (G) about 'Impressum' and the German courts (outlined at Transblawg) - the author states, that the homepage of the Higher Regional Court of Munich does not meet the requirements of his own recent decision (G - OLG München, Urteil vom 12.02.2004, 29 U 4564/03).
As already shown in 2002 - even the hompage of the German Parliament (Deutscher Bundestag) does not completely comply with the rules established by itself.

Der üblichen hiesigen (Un-)Sitte entsprechend wird dort die theoretische und abstrakte Höchststrafe von 20 Jahren Haft als denkbarer Strafrahmen kolportiert - tatsächlich steht ein Strafmaß einer Freiheitsstrafe von etwa 16 Monaten zu erwarten, wenn der Schuldspruch in der Berufungsinstanz bestätigt werden sollte.
